Zusammenfassung (kein Ersatz für die Lizenz)

Du darfst:

  • 📥 die Datei herunterladen und privat unverändert weitergeben
  • 🎵 das Werk nicht-kommerziell aufführen, z. B. auf Filk-Conventions, in Filk-Circles (auch online) oder zuhause
  • 🎼 das Werk transponieren, Akkorde anpassen und auch mit unbeabsichtigten Fehlern aufführen
  • ✨ das Werk verfilken, also Derivate (wie Parodien, Neuvertextungen, Übersetzungen, Neuvertonungen oder andere Melodieanpassungen sowie Mash-ups) erzeugen und ebenfalls nicht-kommerziell aufführen

Unter folgenden Bedingungen:

  • ✍️ Du musst die Urheberin bzw. den Urheber nennen

  • 💰🚫 Du darfst das Werk nicht kommerziell nutzen

  • 🌐 Das so lizensierte Werk darf nur auf Open Filk Songbook gehostet werden – nicht auf anderen öffentlichen Plattformen.
    (Wenn du ein Derivat erzeugst, darfst du über die Teile, die neu sind, natürlich selbst bestimmen. Ein neuer Text gehört also natürlich dir und darf gehostet werden, wo und wie du möchtest.)

Dies ist eine eigenständige Lizenz, die inhaltlich an die Grundsätze von CC BY-NC angelehnt ist, sich jedoch in einigen Punkten unterscheidet. Sie stellt keine Creative-Commons-Lizenz dar.

1. Hosting

Die Datei darf von der Plattform Open Filk Songbook (filksongbook.com) unentgeltlich gehostet werden. Jegliches Hosting auf anderen Plattformen erfordert eine separate Genehmigung.

2. Private Weitergabe

Jede Person darf die Datei unverändert herunterladen und ausschließlich privat, nicht-öffentlich und unentgeltlich an andere weitergeben.

3. Nicht-kommerzielle Aufführung

Jede Person darf das Werk unter Nennung der Urheberin bzw. des Urhebers nicht-kommerziell aufführen.
Dies gilt insbesondere für Filk-Conventions, Filk-Circles (einschließlich Online-Formaten) sowie private Aufführungen.

4. Erzeugung von Derivaten

Jede Person darf das Werk verändern und dadurch Derivate erzeugen, z. B. Parodien, Neuvertextungen, Übersetzungen, Neuvertonungen oder andere Melodieanpassungen sowie Mash-ups. Dabei ist für die unveränderten Teile weiterhin der originale Urheber bzw. die originale Urheberin zu nennen.

Solche Derivate dürfen ebenfalls nicht-kommerziell aufgeführt werden. Dies gilt insbesondere für Filk-Conventions, Filk-Circles (einschließlich Online-Formaten) sowie private Aufführungen.

5. Verbotene Nutzungen

Alle anderen Nutzungen bedürfen der ausdrücklichen vorherigen Zustimmung der Urheberin bzw. des Urhebers. Dies gilt insbesondere für:

  • Hosting des Werkes auf anderen öffentlichen Plattformen,

  • die Verbreitung von Aufnahmen,

  • kommerzielle Aufführungen.

6. Rechtswahl

Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

You may:

  • ✨ filk the work, i.e., create derivatives (such as parodies, new lyrics, translations, new musical arrangements or other melody adaptations as well as mash-ups) and also perform them non-commercially

Under the following conditions:

  • ✍️ You must give credit to the author

  • 💰🚫 You may not use the work commercially

  • 🌐 The work may be hosted only on Open Filk Songbook – not on other public platforms. (If you create a derivative, you can naturally decide for yourself about the parts that are new. So new text naturally belongs to you and may be hosted where and how you like.)

This is an independent license inspired by the principles of CC BY-NC-ND, but differs in some details. It is not a Creative Commons license.

1. Hosting

The file may be hosted free of charge on the platform Open Filk Songbook (filksongbook.com). Hosting on any other platform requires separate authorization.

2. Private Sharing

Any person may download the file unchanged and share it privately, non-publicly, and free of charge with others.

3. Non-Commercial Performance

Any person may perform the work unchanged, with attribution to the author, on a non-commercial basis.
This includes performances at filk conventions, in filk circles (including online gatherings), and in private settings.

4. Creation of Derivatives

Any person may modify the work and thereby create derivatives, e.g., parodies, new lyrics, translations, new musical arrangements or other melody adaptations as well as mash-ups. For the unchanged parts, the original author must continue to be credited.

Such derivatives may also be performed non-commercially. This applies particularly to filk conventions, filk circles (including online formats) as well as private performances.

5. Governing Law

This license shall be governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
