To prevent chaos and to ensure that this platform has lasting value and becomes a permanent institution, we have decided to distribute the work across multiple shoulders, all of whom are members of the filk community. The main work is carried out by a voluntary curation team. New members are very welcome!
Who are our curators?
Currently, the following filkers are members of the team (listed alphabetically):

What do they do?
- Check submitted registrations for completeness and correctness.
- If they are complete: file them in the appropriate folder & give feedback
- If not: communicate with the submitter accordingly and clarify everything necessary.
- Check submitted songs for completeness & correct format. (=> Workflow, => Cheat Sheet)
- If everything is good, upload the song to the upload area.
- If not, either (for obvious minor issues) correct it themselves, or ask the submitter to make corrections.
- Vote together on accepting new tags & any feature adjustments if necessary.

The more of us there are, the less work there will be for each individual (and the better the chances that the platform stays alive, even if individual people leave the team again).
